Join Lauren Wessinger for an all-trimester prenatal yoga and mindfulness workshop on Saturday, September 21 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM (90 minutes).
Pregnancy can be a time of excitement and anticipation, and sometimes worry about the unknown. Through gentle yoga and mindfulness specifically designed for pregnant women, reconnect back to your body, your strength, your intuition, and connect to baby.
Expect standing postures for lower body strength, targeted stretching to help with sciatica and back pain, restorative postures to let stress melt away, breath work, and meditation.

Fall Ritual : Half-day retreat
Welcome to this afternoon retreat, Rituals for Fall. The 3 hours we have together over live stream will consist of
An opening 30-minute teaching about the season
An hour-long yoga class
An hour-long mindfulness meditation class (consisting of lecture and sitting practice)
A 30-minute closing ritual
Rituals provide rhythm and repetition; a framework to enter a state of being that's free of the confusion and chaos of our lives. Members suggested a half-day retreat more often, and here we are. Expect a Ritual for the Season every quarter!
