Join me for a five-day live stream meditation series. Mid-August is a slow hot time of year. Let’s give it a little juice and intention by committing to five days of sitting practice. We’ll gather Monday - Friday from 7 -7:15 am central standard time, and all classes will be recorded and immediately available for replay.
