Yoga has a wisdom all it’s own that can be applied to this ever-changing modern world. Yoga is not a religion, but a lens through which to interpret life. Classes offer a contemplative element to ensure each practice is impactful.

Life ties knots in the body. Each experience we live through has a physical component. Movement helps clear the channels and move through the gunk so you feel more alive and at ease. Classes combine several styles of yoga to create a moving experience every time.

We are living in an exhausting era. Perhaps the most vital part of yoga today, each class ends with restoration and rejuvenation through meditation, floor postures, or deep rest. It’s here the body finds homeostasis and builds resilience.
