NEW in the Lauren Yoga membership is quarterly workshops loosely scheduled around the change in seasons. We’ll begin on Zoom with a community gathering, check-in, yoga philosophy teaching relating to the current world, and some journaling. Then, we move to our mats for a 60-75 minute yoga practice.
These longer quarterly workshops will always be on a Sunday, aptly named Sunday Service.
Open to Members and workshop will be recorded and available for later viewing.
