Fall Ritual : Half-day retreat

Welcome to this afternoon retreat, Rituals for Fall. The 3 hours we have together over live stream will consist of

  • An opening 30-minute teaching about the season

  • An hour-long yoga class

  • An hour-long mindfulness meditation class (consisting of lecture and sitting practice)

  • A 30-minute closing ritual

Rituals provide rhythm and repetition; a framework to enter a state of being that's free of the confusion and chaos of our lives. Members suggested a half-day retreat more often, and here we are. Expect a Ritual for the Season every quarter!

Have a journal ready, diffuse an oil, bring a cup of tea, and set up your yoga mat and practice area to feel like a safe and welcoming nest.
