Welcome the new year with a five day live stream meditation series. We will practice each day around the idea of arriving to our lives as they are now. So that we don't miss the beauty of what’s here, we hold the polarity of arriving now, living now, and also holding visions, dreams, and desires. Like everything, it’s a balance.

Monday - Friday

If you are in central standard time, this meditation series is designed to interrupt your workday and give you some restoration over your lunch break. Classes will be posted immediately after if you're in a different time zone or need to take class at a different time.
